About
MY BACKGROUND
I was born and raised in Laguna Hills, CA, moved to Fort Worth,TX for college, and finally made it to my new home in Denver, CO. I have been heading down the road to physical therapy since my junior year of high school and have never looked back. Between jobs as PT aides, hospital internships, research projects, and many years in the classroom, my love for physical therapy has continued to grow. I have steadily developed into the clinician I am today through hard work and continual inquiry and am looking forward to using what I have learned to benefit all of my patients and the physical therapy field overall.

Why Physical Therapy...
I have dreamed about being a physical therapist since I was a junior in high school. My eyes were opened to the amazing work of physical therapists while working through my own sport-related injuries in addition to some amazing advice from a personal mentor. As a PT you get the opportunity to come along side and team up with individuals on their rehabilitation journey, encouraging each step of the process. You help facilitate physiological healing while fostering healing relationships, educating and empowering your patients to take an active role in their health and wellness. You have the opportunity to use creativity in designing intervention plans that allow patients to work towards their recovery goals. For these reasons, and many more, I am passionate about the physical therapy field and am looking forward to a lifetime of working with people to improve their overall quality of life.
My Mission
I am a compassionate physical therapist who embodies and implements a commitment to knowledge, continually striving to be an evidence-based practitioner for the betterment of myself and my patient management. I am a clinician who is driven by her Christian faith and will act selflessly, putting the needs of my patients first to better serve them and advocate for them. I am an encouraging leader who leads by example and values honesty and respect in relationships with patients, patient’s families, co-workers, and other healthcare providers. I am a physical therapist who values the importance of being an excellent teacher, enabling others to take an active role in their recovery and achievement of healthy living. I am a health care provider who values the concept of Cura Personalis, holistically treating patients to allow for overall improvement in quality life and achievement of personal goals.
