Self Reflection

The Impact of Reflection:

  • Has helped me identify areas of growth and challenge myself to improve in those areas

  • Has lead to my seeking out of constructive feedback to further identify areas of improvement

  • Has formed me into a more empathetic and compassionate practitioner

  • Has encouraged critical thinking about patient cases and evidence-based interventions

The use of reflection has had a large overall impact in my professional development, helping me become the physical therapist I am today.
